CRASH PROTECTORS/MUSHROOMS/BOBBINS THINGYS

Post by Mart »

I'm after buying some of these but I want some that you don't have to alter your bodywork in anyway.

Anyone know of any type, make, price, where to get them etc..?

Also, does anyone have any pics of these things on a Storm..?

Thanks in advance.

I got mine from Lightning, about 100.00 canadian. They mount via an offset bracket, so no altering of bodywork. They stick out quite a ways, so are noticeable. Also, the brackets are fairly heavy.

Not tested them yet but they're good for hooking your legs over on long trips!!

Rhencullens bungs are made by Bike Design (Belgium) and are about £120. (£112 at the show-what a discount!!). I had some on my ZX6R and were fairly straight forward to fit.
