I traded in My storm for a ZX9R. last year and must agree with Kwakers are Krackers..my m8 had an 1100.. and that could shift it ..he killed it at knockhill. on a trackday.. and till he binned it, the chagrin of the R1 & blade boys was palpable..looks like a "proper bike" as my old man would say...

That'll just be because you're still in V twin mode
When I test rode my Storm after years of riding an inline four, coming down the by-pass, I thought I was in top gear (6th) but I was only in 4th

Yes it is a classic roundabout as is the circuit going along stannanought up through pimbo on the one way and back under the motorway just to do it all again
have been up there a few times thinking i was on a track day with loads of bikes under the motorway bridge watching their mates doing laps
