Fitting a nws hugger

Need some advice about fitting a nws hugger . Does the wheel need to come out and I take it that the chaingard needs to come off too what about the strip that protects the swing arm from the chain .

old mudguard off yes, wheel out no....chain buffer stays on :wink: tis easy
