Spacers for passenger footpegs

I have recently fitted a set of Motad Venom cans with the hi rise option and want to be able to fit the rear footpegs back on. I know that it is possible to fit spacers to do this, but does anyone know where to get these spacers or has anyone got some available?

You can make your own from some deep Halfords sockets

Or cut down some alloy tube

Or I got some proper Remus ones from Hein Gericke after buying my Remus cans
