Pretty much !
They all do same thing, its trial n error, you get risers different heights, different angles, loads of choices of bars, etc.
All these things will give different results.
As has been said, the ones vtrbob uses are definately easiest to fit, but twice the price, but prob worth the extra money for the fact its just buy n bolt on,with no cutting or messing aboot.
Bar Risers
I'm now having problems with wrist pains too, well the right one anyway (and no it's nothing to do with that before any of you suggestbikerpiker wrote:Hi Chris,cheers....the backs of em were just cut with a hacksaw at home, then i cleaned them up with a belt sander, turned oot okquote]
Knowing what aluminum is like to work with, I think you did well
bikerpiker wrote:Timbo, i know what your sayin, but i lifted my clip-ons 19mm(same thickness as GB-Moto or Genmar risers) and bolted em on, then used bike for a few weeks, was a huge improvement, but still had pain in my wrists.

Chris.
PS I'd say you did well Tim at that price too

I think VTRBob is the only member (that I know of anyway) on here who has fitted that type of bar risers. So may be if you speak to him nicely he could give you/us the dimensions requiredHankie wrote:If someone could supply a decent dimensioned drawing, I'll try knocking a few pairs of brackets up. I can't anodise them right now as my acid tank is out of commision, but polished ally will look OK.
