as i have got used to my 1st vtwin i have noticed my fuel consuption has dropped a hell of a lot... im riding it the way its supposed to be and not like a 4pot..
but after my first proper ride out today with the race cans on i noticed a HUGE drop in fuel consumption.
75miles on the clock from a FULL fill right to the rim and only just under half used on the digital guage. normaly 75miles im about to hit the last block on the guage..
Yep really start to enjoy it and it will light the LED at 85 Miles (old smaller tank) , any less and I would suggest a dyno run.

whe i first got my storm, after owning a tl1000, i was getting 110-120 tops to a full tank...in the last few months of ownership it was down to 60-70 when caning it...SHITE RANGE...that was the only negative with storm's...ride like a woman, and 120+ is poss...now im on this cruiser im getting 130 miles to rlod' with less cash
