Improved fuel comsumption

Post by storminateacup »

Hey I just discovered a way of improving the Storms fuel consumption. Last week end I went for a 75 mile ride following a mate on a Goldwing  Yesterday went over to see Mum for the obigatory card and chocs. Thought I may as well fill up at Tesco and go for a blast after. 96 miles on the odo 8.4 litres to fill up :!: Thats 52 mpg is this a record  The moral of this story is you are really desparate to improve your fuel consumption, get a mate with a Goldwing
I was born with nothing and I still have most of it left.

Does'nt work following a Pan Euro. He always wants to do ton plus behind his BIG! screen with his heated grips on etc...... Get to the twisties though and he soon slows down

I didn't think you could ride a Storm below the ton legally? Have I been wrong all these years?
Two bikes, still only four cylinders!

Probably less water in the fuel!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some areas have lousy bl%dy interceptors.

Flamborough Head? Went there is the Caterham 7 last year. Very windy and they were doing a lot of kite surfing and all the 'tricks'. Far faster than windsurfers who weren't hanging about either!!!!
