Tricky question :!:
Everyone is different weights, different aches n pains ,so different needs

The Genmar and GB moto 19mm risers do make a difference for sure, but, for some people,me included,it wasnt enough :!: I fitted the bolt on to the yoke type which are readily available.
Raise your bars 19mm up the forks ,and tighten (obviously)
Run like that for a few days or weeks,if that height suits you,buy gb moto or genmar,if you need more height you would need to buy bolt on risers and change the bars .

VFR Bars, cheaper and fit straight on. Small mod to upper fairing for switches. Made shed loads of difference for me.

Mmm, dunno aboot that :?: ..depends what you can pick up a pair o vfr bars for i suppose.
I got my renthal type bars and risers for around £45ish if i remember right :? I too had to trim my fairing a bit.
Vtrbob done the modification using risers that bolt on,renthal type bars ,with no fairing cutting , maybe that's the way to go :!:
Anyway after doin 100miles or so,im still sore back, butt, etc,,friggin Goldwing i need
