Big problem with something like that is the uncertainty of the geometry of the frame
The integrity of the welds used when building it and also the accuracy of the build you could be buying a banana
If you gotta have a home brewed frame ether build it yourself if you have the skill, jigs and tackle or get it from a known builder with a decent rep

It may be fine, but the consequences of what could happen if it's not doesn't bear thinking about
