Depression setting in.....

Post by bikermike1411 »

I've not ridden the Storm since the ride out. sh1t is piling up in the garage around her...theres flies on the front (not mouldy yet, but its only a matter of time)...the tax has expired...and I know the chain still needs attention. The meetup feels like a distant memory - and I had to cut that short for wedding related fun. I've not posted on here properly for weeks and every single spare moment I get is spent on the wedding. Right now she thinks i've nipped up to the loo!

a) I miss riding my bike. Lots.
b) Roll on Saturday so 'normal' life can resume!

I want my life back!

Only good thing about not riding the bike for a bit is that when you do it feels fast as fook again  I drive a C1 eurochic love-egg during the week at commuting speeds so the first run out for a while scares the living shisne out of me
Mike I feel for you mate.

Pearlecent (spelling?) white would be very unique.

Joy of joys it gets better. butt ended another car on the way into work today. Just waiting for the fella to get an independent quote before going through the insurance. My front bumper is hanging off and theres barely a mark on his car - literally one tiny scratch which would probably t-cut out, but can't see if the foam behind the bumper has cracked so he's getting this looked at. Hopefully he'll get back to me with some good news. That said, I don't know if he's taking it to a backstreet garage or a main agent. I had a look on fleabay and a perfect second hand rear bumper is about £70 including postage. I'm expecting at least a nought on the end of that when he comes back with some off the wall quote. I hate being at the mercy of others and not knowing whats going on, not least relying on people I don't know to cut me some slack

And i'm still dying of manflu.

All being well, this'll mean that Saturday is going to go without a hitch!

God i'm moaning like a bitch today!

Mozza - go pearl white with some simple decals to offset it - it'll look mint! And i'm not bored! If i'd time to be bored i'd be up at yours like a flash!

Best of luck for the big day Mike :!: I'm sure all will come good in the end :D

If it's any conciliation I drilled straight through a mains electric cable with an electric drill a few days before the big day, I put it down to wedding nerves

Cheers fellas!

Well! Thats me, off to bed as as single bloke for the last time! Weather looks uber pants, but I'm actually quite looking forward to tomorrow now! :D Then, when I get back from Inverness, I can have all winter to clean my bike without a single organza ribbon (don't ask!) to tie! :D

I'll try and check in in the morning before going over the tops, but failing that i'll see you on the other side folks!
