The SP was on standard pipes.
I had kept my Laser Duo Techs from the Storm and was going to have the link pipes converted so they would fit but JHS tuning convinced me it wasn't worth the effort.
They tried to sell me a £1300 Akrapovic system but I went off an did a little research and the Sato system has just as good a reputation in Japan and costs only half the price :P
The sound is gorgeous, finally my twin pot is sounding as it should 8)

Looking good there Pete, take it was a straight bolt on and everything alligned up. Can't wait to here it fire up and run. Lol buth of our bike would certainly get the Ricter meter moving with the noise they produce. Have you noticed much difference riding, does it pull better ?.

The Quality of these pipes is definatly A1 they even tune the pipes by having a difrent perforated tube diameter on the left and right silencers it gives them a realy nice tone.
I gave Pete a hand putting them on and they fitted purfectly, straight out of the box no twisting or pulling to get them lined up, identical position both sides.
Cheers!

Thanks Wacker
A jobs always made easier with a spare pair of hands to help.

The old elbow dyno hasn't found much of a difference. All I've really noticed is steady power all the way through the rev range. It used to be stifled at around six K and then take off at 7 and try to ram itself into the limiter. Now it just pulls all the way through 8)
There is a little rough spot between 2 & 3 when cruising so maybe next month I see about getting a power commander and try a few maps
I'm sure she's got some more to give

Thanks Chris.
I'm well pleased with them. I've just ordered a power commander this morning. "Another month, another pay check wasted" Said my wife:lol:
Oh Well, I'm happy
I've just got to sit back and wait for it to arrive now.
