.......you must be talking about the walking depression. That guy amazes me. In the last 15 odd years I have never ever seen him crack a smile. He talks to you like your just an interuption in his life. His phone manner is "I couldn't really give a sh1t" and don't even bother trying to buy a bike from him. I went there to look at a scoot for the Knowledge. In the end I took my custom and money to Doble's in Coulsden. Customer service was excellent and they even repaired the thing after the warranty expired FOC.
How some of these smaller bike shops stay in business is beyond me....
