I don't like mine either that's why I'm fitting this one :-)
Tho I'd rather have a carbon one to match the front mug guard

Could this ignition pick up be bad ?
No, they either work or they don't.
Unless you haven't plugged it in fully....
Plugged in all the way but was tight !!
I'll unplug it and give the connector a clean .
Thanks tony

Made a bracket up for the RH link pipe to bolt too, i drilled and tapped a 6mm hole and made the bracket to fit the link pipe to the footrest and brake swivel point. Loctited it in place, fitted the LH side and then made sure the cans are at the same height ( 1mm out) but my eyes can't see then when riding. Off to Torquay for a ride tomorrow. 320 mile round trip! yahoo.

My mate builds custom bikes, I helped him cut the swingarm pivots out of his RD350 frame with the use of a jig so we could weld in wider points to take an SZR banana swingarm to go with the upside down front end. It's gonna be awesome when it's done but it's scary stuff. I ended up doing most of it because 'I don't like fiddly stuff and you're good at cutting stuff up' apparently.

started cleaning the akra headers by hand, then I got bored and ordered some dremel bits that should make the job a lot easier. I also painted an aftermarket undertray black, sorted out my tiny man cave/shed.
boxed up 5 parcels for collection tomorrow....

With the pads hold one around the pipe and rotate it like your twisting the throttle and if you use a little wd40 too it really shines :-) .
This is the easiest way I've found to do headers

Today I mostly enjoyed the ride to work after changing to 15t front last night.
That's better.

yep thats a good way, i used some emery strip, about 2ft long, wrapped around twice and did a sort of see-saw action with GT85 on and that worked a treat.
