Not the ones I ordered, was let down by the shop, so they did me a deal on something else, Dunlop Sportsmarts.

Not what I wanted, but hopefully they'll be good.

Will keep you posted !!

Oh, they'll be good, possibly better than you.

Mine are....

Stuck then on, took then to Wales, couldn't make them unstick in horrible rain.

i always try to find the limits, provoke them, big handfuls when leant over, aggressive clutch drops when gearchanging, etc, thought I was going soft.

They're good......

Today I mostly got wet on the way to meet the very agreeable Yeti.

Picked up the undertray from him, admired his bikes (personaly I think 3 'Storms is just plain greedy!! ), had a lovely cuppa and biccy, met Mrs Yeti and Fluffy Yeti the dog! :biggrin

Rode home in the sunshine and cleaned the bike...again!

Nice roads over in Surrey but covered in farmers mud!

Stripped the old girl down a bit more today. Checked valve clearances - all that work and they were fine, but better than paying someone else to hear the same thing and good news really. How anyone can get to the front cam cover top bolts without removing the carbs and the black plastic shield is beyond me - anyway I wanted to check/clean the carbs anyway. Checked the cam chain deflection whilst I was there and still spot on - these manuals really don't need adjusting, or very rarely, so you wonder why they bother fitting the semi auto ones which fail.

Subframe and brackets sprayed - forks to spray tomorrow then the wheels and bellypan can go to the paintshop for a respray.

A few earths checked and remade.

Bottom hose has a slight nic in it where it has been in contact with the bellypan (for years and years mind) and whilst it isn't leaking I'll replace it and make a small semi-circle in the belly pan before its sprayed so it can't rub again.

Good day's work - now for a Radox bath!

Rode it to Brands, met Bazza, drunk coffee & watched some racing. A RED SP won the Superbikes race so was obviously the fastest! Popped round to see Tony Mons, getting him up off the sick bed/sofa & he kindly removed my butchered inspection cap with a large hammer. Rode it home & got cut up on the A2 by a pratt in a blacked out windows Range Rover.

Took it out of the garage for the first time since November. Oiled the chain then proceeded to take her for a wee run.

Kirkcaldy to Dumfries via the A702. Really good run down, the roads were a wee bit damp so I didn't push her too hard. Was good to get the head back into it again though.
Coming back past Abington a hailstorm started. By feck its sore getting hit from them when your on the bike.
215 miles all in today no a bad wee trip for starters. Im a wee bit tired now so just chillin with a braw cuppa and thinking that the bike needs a clean tomorrow.
