 I'm going to lay out an assortment of kitchen utensils underneath the tree over the road, climb up it and jump out face first.

I've done my back in :( I strained my lower back the other day lifting an engine and have not given it enough time to heal. Now I can feel the strain picking a kettle of water up

Get the strongest aniinflamiary drugs you can find. Volterol over the counter pills are better than ibuprofen so get that till the doc can sort you stronger.

Nothing the docs can do mate. I've taken some Diclofenic and Tramadol and now laying down in the front of the tele with a rolled up towel in my lumber. It's times like this I wished I still smoked dope  I need to take it easy and let it heal itself, at least let the swelling go down. This is what I should have done the other day when I felt a twinge but instead pushed my luck and now it really is bad, but back issues can be a catch 22 as resting too much and not moving about can be just as bad. It's frustrating as had things I wanted to do today.

I have just watched a very interesting documentary I recorded on Rene Magritte, one of my favourite artists and I got given a book the other day on Triumph motorcycles so may make a start on that when I get bored of the tv.

v v annoyed at 07.45 tonight..

all day at work i had fancied going out for a spin on the bike tonight to see if adjusting the little screw at the bottom of the shock made any difference.

the bit that needs the c spanner is still set for 30 stone as i cant move it but the screw was right round to max hard.

so at 7.45 i got the car out of the drive got my skid lid out of the cupboard, put my leather trousers on and went to my other bike jacket which is where i keep the keys to the magnificent blue beauty.

you know the next bit .....

45 minutes of frantic searching, i was in the garage last night with the bike but i definitely did not start it? did i have the keys with me last night ? when did i have them last ? could i blame my missus? where the fcuk are they?

still not got them and now seriously pi55ed off

its now too late to be bothered to go out and still not got the keys anyway . so i sat on the sofa and kept sighing and looking sad. after about half an hour my missus said she would help with the search.

turned the house, garage and my car upside down for about 30 minutes and i am pleased to say that whilst i was in the garage with a lead light she called down from upstairs to say she had got them

now if i was mac i would not tell you where they were..

for a long time .....

but im not...

they were in my dressing gown pocket ???????? and i dont know why??

anyone else ever lost their keys just when they wanted to go out?

Yep been there done that. I was expecting you to say the wife found them in the seat lock. I've misplaced my key a couple of times and f'd and blinded and stamped my feet. The worst thing is I don't have a spare key. I really should get one cut one day.

Lloydie mate that is a shitter....absolute shitter. It's their wombles up so surly they can't take that amount at once from your wages. Maybe worth a little visit to citizens advice you maybe able to come up with a budget plan with help from CAB pushing the right buttons on the CSA. Say...listen this it my incoming and outgoings and I need this much to live off, if you take this I can't survive. You get the idea. Then offer the CSA less per week over a longer period of time.

That was as little as they would take .
I'm happy to pay for my kids and have always done it .
There's just no reasoning with them and to be honest if it gets the arrears paid of sooner the better .
I had this with them the first time I set it up as the ex was being a nob but it took 2 years to clear the arrears .
It just means I won't be getting many miles on kermit or the other bits I need for piggy till next year now oh and the summer holiday for the misses and all the kids and I is off too .
And I may even loose some weight to just eating bean and crum !! Tho I will stink for a while

It might be cheaper if you had the kids. You could send them up chimneys then. :biggrin
