Well last Friday actually, sorted my satnav mounting and power point out

Bought a Ridermount case/mount from fleabay and then knocked up a right angled tube that clamps into the hole in the headstock tube (probably another name for it !). Got a "waterproof" cigarette socket and the whole thing cost me about £23 :D :D :D :D

Oh and the power point doubles up as a point to plug the battery optimiser into

Tested at the weekend and works a treat, also got a set of bluetooth intercoms so that I can tell me daughter to "kin" hold on !!

Happy days

You do not have to say anything. But it may harm your defence if you do not mention when posting something which you later rely on in quote. Anything you do say may be ripped to sh*t.

cleaned and prepped my spare front wheel, 2 coats of primer, i've just got to spray and laquer it now.

i also gave my spare single seat cowl 4 coats of clear laquer. the pictures don't do it justice, in natural light it looks very nice.
beauce its carbon wrapped and then laquered to a nice shiny smooth finish.
its not perfect, a few wrinkles in the carbon wrap, but there ain't any on the top, so it still looks good.
i'm thinking of selling it.....£30 if anyones interested and that includes postage.

i can't help myself, i'm trying to improve my carbon vinyl wrapping skills, creasing at the corners is the biggest problem i seem to have, i'm getting better tho.
heres one of the mirrors i did last night and also the plastic headlight protector i did this morning, both have been laquered, it will be interesting to see how the vinyl stands up to being laquered and then the elements.....

i have to paint the stem on this mirrors its a bit tatty.
i'm a bit pissed off because theres a few bubbles in the laquer of the headlight protector, hahaha after all the effort not to get bubbles in the wrap......

next up is the other mirror and then the headlight surround.....MWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!

it's heat youve got to watch m8 as it stretches back where youve pushed it in the curves.
theres a few bits on my mates gixxer with full wrap where theres massive air pockets under the wrap.
looks ok from over there like but when you're up close/// :whatever
