just my opinion mate, but the bellypan looks like it needs a splash of colour to gel with the repsol livery.

It will match the rear White wheel in Oct. Maybe with a bit of orange.. Iam trying to get the code for the Orange as it happens.

Now i have almost got the rear right off, but the front has loads to go as you have seen, Do i need to drop the forks to sort that then? It seems to handle ok.

This angle gels a bit better.

Drop the forks 5mm and see how you get on .
Honda alway set them up "safe" . Try it see what you think

Swapped the wheels out, just about done now. I bought this unloved TRX in October, now with R6 shock, new discs (second hand), braided hoses all round and s/s fasteners, recovered seats, new mirrors, blue spot calipers it's looking alright:

I do like the trx .

Aye, but I always liked Yamaha's Candy Blue - would have loved an LC350 in that livery.

Rebuilt my engine yet again, using a 2nd hand set of cases, honed and fitted the old high comp pistons with new rings, mains and big ends. Basically I swapped all my own engine internals into a new set of cases.
Engine's in, heads on, timed and filled with oil, but during the week I'll get coolant in ex system on and coolant pipework so that I can start her up.

This evening I've flattened a battery priming it with oil, and making sure it's got to all of the new bearing surfaces before firing it up. Always worth it, i feel, and easier than cranking it over by hand for ten minutes.

But I won't be going far until the refurbed radial MC arrives back, Jonesy is working his usual miracle on it atm. It would be nice to have brakes that feel as though they're going to stop me...

I'm beginning to look forward to testing this build out, with the oversized inlet valves, high comps, etc, etc, it should go ok. Hopefully I can get some time into jetting before heading down to Devon.
