not long to go now AND IM ON A BLOODY WALKING STICK, BLOODY BIKE :( :( rode it 2 miles to depot at dinner time, and think ive trapped a nerve while up shifting gears . was only wearing shoes and not me boots. thats all i can put it down to. wot a laugh getting it home. 2 miles in 2nd :biggrin :biggrin :biggrin should be ok for the meet. gunna rest it up and bus it to work for a few days so wont be using it to drive at all. the buses are autos so shoe off all day in the cab to breath lol. Will put me boots on from now on lol, lesson learnt.

oh dear... i think you need to trade that bike in lol, its cursed!!!
im sure you'll be ok for the 20th m8, nearly a mth off yet.

almost dropped mine tonight in a moment of stupidity.
when i parked it up in the garage id half run over my extension lead with the sidestand... i was stood at the garage door coiling it up and felt it had got snagged so gave it a good tug, only to see my bike tip to the left...
dont think ive moved so fast in ages lol!! 8O

like my mother used to say.... better to have your foot on a stool than a stool on your foot.

dunno tbh mate, rather than go through north wales, was planning heading down the a49 way, mid friday pm, head down toward hereford way & turn right onto the a44, then it's a cracking 40 mile run all the way to the site.

we should put together a north west pre meet thread to organise it a bit.
im sure theres someone else heading over from your way (sorry im sh1t with names lol)

She was a jaw dropper. Fairing, screen, headlight and the tank has an imprint of my tackle. Support bracket for fairing twisted. Front mudguard and forks twisted but seem not to bent. My injuries are severely bruised tackle. severe bruising to my pride and a broken heart
