I'll be at the services M25 J28 (A12) 8:30-8:45. Will be meeting up with the Bazza convoy and proceeding to Lakeside.

Unless it's pissing with rain!

Bazza, I'll send you a message confirming I've not slept through my alarm/wimped out in the morning. If you don't receive one assume I'm unconscious and don't waste time waiting for the yellow beasty!

I won't be meeting anyone at Thurock so don't wait for me.

Don't forget for at least one person in each group to have my phone numbers in case you get lost.

Doors open at 8am, smart casual no trainers please! Bacon butties served whilst stocks last, last serving ohh lets say 9.30 am.

Professor Mons will be donning his surgical gloves at 10am.

A little heads up for you all. If it has rained heavily overnight, there is often a large puddle just after the sharp left at Thamesport, about a mile from Grain. Be warned & be careful as it often floods the entire left hand lane. Of course this is where you have been stuck behind an Arctic at 40 for the last 10 miles & think 'I'll just get round this corner after the last speed camera & give it the beans.....''

Ride safe & I'll see you all on Saturday morning...only two sleeps to go now..

You'll have a lonely hour then! I think everyone else is aiming to be their for 9am :biggrin

I've just done my pre-Saturday checks, namely that the generator and timing mark plugs aren't seized, and they're fine. Took them out, gave them a wipe and put them back. So put me down for manual CCT's. I'll check the TPS while it's in bits too.

I'll be bringing my electricery meter and attempting to work out BSM's wiring, although from what I hear via Carl, it might just be best to push it down the road and torch it - assuming the wiring doesn't do that by itself! :biggrin
