Just had a text saying I'm going to be picked up at 9.00 in the morning. I will have to be up at 6.00 to get sh1t showered and shaved, have a couple of espresso's and wake up. Might just have a couple more bevvies and a big fat one and crash for the night. The good thing is I wont be on the bike so I can drink as much as I can...well, within reason with the kids around.

I'm now struggling to find somehing good to watch on freeview to wind down and send me off to sleep.

all I want to do is go to sleep and have tomorrow arrive quicker. Maybe I need something stronger, alcohol is too much of a stimulant at these levels.

Might get the bong out. Switch the TV off and stick on some hippy dippy tranquil hypnotic meditative sounds. Either that or I go down the Trancy dancy route.
