Not what I've done but rather lloydie did ,changed cam pensioners (cheers lloydie) but now found out all is not well with the handling so more work no rest for the wicked

Your welcome and sorry to give bad news ,
I opened a large box that I had delivered to day to reveal a full micron race 4-2-1 system for birdie and it only cost me £80 :-)
Time to get the polisher out .
The system cam with a carbon stuby can but I've got a full length one on its way tho the inlet is 4mm smaller so it looks like I'll have to chop the ends off and swap them over and weld them back on .

What are these "cam pensioners" that you speak of? Two stroke enthusiasts? VF750 owners?

Fitted my new Hagon rear shocker
Not without problems, had to pretty much dismantle the exhaust, remove lower fairing
Then when tightening up the rear exhaust clamp (the one right in the middle) rounded off the heads,and it wouldn't tighten up, so had to take it all apart again to renew the bolt !!
While I was there regreased suspension linkages.
Test run went well, it was a big improvement even without changing any settings !!
Also changed the middle fairing, great to have all lugs and other plastic bits not broken !!, my fairing fitted together
properly for the first time
PS: Thanks whoever it was on here to leave the shocker wrapped in its foam while fitting back onto the bike !!
kept it clean and scratch free while fitting as there aint much room !!!

The only piece of exhaust you need to remove is the right hand silencer.
Hope you torqued up all the suspension bolts/nuts, 33ft/lb for all of them in case you didn't

The exhaust had to come off coz the bottom shocker bolt was hitting it and wouldn't come out till
it was all slackened and the clamp had also to be slackened, that was when my problems started !!
Also my right arm has a built in torque gauge !!

Remove all suspension linkage bolts, remove the large linkage piece then it's a case of wiggle and jiggle, the bolt does come out without disturbing the other exhaust clamps.. Unless for some reason someone has moved the clamp before but it would be odd that it wasn't put back in a more convenient position.

It must have been the position of the clamp bolt or something,
probably didn't need to totally slacken the exhaust but I did, that's me !!
its postioned right for next time !!!

And the bottom shocker mounting bolt is now put back in the opposite way that it came out !!

hagon shocks look a lot better these days, the one I just sold was 4yrs old, even tho it had only covered about 2000 miles, but it didn't look anywhere near as nice as your one....
also the routing of the rear brake line looks odd, they always seem too long....
