Hi chippy, just read your post re. 6mm spacer. Like you i fitted one a while back and its got to be (imo) one of the best mods for the tinniest of money out lay. Enjoy m8.chippy 55 wrote:Finally cleaned and oiled the air filtereh lloydie also fitted 6 mm spacer couldn't believe the difference it has made to the handling however forks still feel funny so racetech springs and a fork rebuild kit on the way this afternoon took out and enjoyed better handling bike
They knew it was you...Ckennedy wrote:Today saw the return of the mille to the roads
Covered 110 miles, mostly country twisties with a couple of towns. Feels so odd after being on the big bird. The mille made me feel big as the bike felt tiny. It is so much better in the bends and it's good having it trying to snap my neck in half under acceleration. Found myself dragging my knee round bends and generally having a good blast.
Loads of bikes out today but none of them wanted to playfound alot of them to be pompous gits though as pretty much all of them I gave a nod and I only got 3 back. Must have seen at least 50 other bikers. What's wrong with people these days?!
Other than that a great day out and well needed

The storm felt like an agile little race bike after my week on a ZZR, it's good to go between bikesCkennedy wrote:Today saw the return of the mille to the roads ... Feels so odd after being on the big bird. The mille made me feel big as the bike felt tiny.
So that's why they didn't play. They were too worried about me crashing and wiping them outMacV2 wrote:They knew it was you...Ckennedy wrote:Today saw the return of the mille to the roads
