continued the repair/bodge up of the pineapple express, tidied up the c/f engine protector, rubbed down and refilled the bodywork, painted a mirror and then promptly dropped it on the floor... :(
started to clean the two brothers exhaust, but it was killing my wrist, so that'll have to wait.

get stuck in mate.
I've done a bit today, but my wrist was bloody sore when I finished.
filled and rubbed down the filler again, keyed the paint and removed the firestorm decal, before priming. just got to get some 2000 grit wet n dry, and wait for the paint to arrive, bloody tricky doing every thing left handed tho, I even managed to tart up my damaged c/f engine cover.

yeah I checked the level, the top is back on now mate, just waiting for a brake pedal to turn up, and some paint, I've got a spare indicator and mirror, so it's all good, a new firestorm sticker will cost a fair bit tho...

I'll second what others have said - that looks like a bloody fine job on the Carbonardi cover - I have the same one, and don't know how the heck you've managed to sort it.

Has it been re covered in carbon Hydro-dip? Or, did you buy a sheet of carbon effect sticky and cut a circle out? Or did you sit for ages with a tiny paintbrush, and paint grey and black squares on it?
If it ain't broken...f*ck about with it until it is.

it's rough as arseholes mate, the camera made the repair look better than what it is, I gave the affected area a little spray of satin black paint, then used clear lacquer poured from a touch up pen, into a spray can lid and painted the clear lacquer on with a small paint brush, trust me ain't that good, but it'll do for now.
