it's one of those jobs I hate doing chris, but what with the uk's crap weather, it really needs doing every year to keep em nice and clean.... :roll:

After yesterdays Mr-jeff maintaince frenzy I went into the MacCave today to tidy up...

The joys of a well maintaind bike...

The rear pads removed & replaced...

The removed rear sprocket...

The whole rear end is covered in this black gunk, gen road shite & old flung chain lube...

I counted 21 broken teeth...thats about the same as most of my 'Customers' in Plumstead... :lol: :lol:

No supprise your ride is smoother now Jeff !

I have to point out that this lack of maintanence is down to the PO not Jeff he's only recently bought it...

I think you really should strip & check the rear linkages ASAP, judgeing by the state of the rest of the bike I doubt they have ever had any sort of lube near them since the day they left the factory...

i have a 2000 mile back sprocket if you want it, pay postage and a tenner to Macmillan and its yours Matey.

You must go to the posh end of plumstead, the people i encounter there don't usually have any!!! :D

Tiger Grip, best disposable gloves I've ever used, don't fall apart at the slightest wiff of any chemicals unlike most of the ones I've had in the past...
