Shame I'm not closer, could have sprayed it up for you for the practice. Pink wasn't it?

Was out testing the gyro-cam and after one particular overtake the exhaust got a fair bit louder. The system had dropped where it connects to the rear down pipe, so yeah, loud, with lots of pops and bangs. The clamp is still done up tight so must be the gasket thats blown out, but I don't remember it ever having one... Anyway, will take it all off and have a look

It was dry here Saturday and 11C. I thought the grip was pretty good compared to earlier in the week
Washed it , polished it, took it out and got it dirty again

3 hour ride yesterday - pretty damn slippy but bike handled great - then home to give her a loving wash
*** Need to buy some polish stuff - what do people recommend?
Today removed her clothes and touched places I don't think anyone's ever been before
degreased everything I could without dismantling bike, really happy with its previous condition (thanks previous owners!)
and she's looking even better now
Dropped front forks 10mm
Removed exhaust system for a clean up and UHT spray (satin black on order) and replacing clamps
*** Anyone got advice for optimal exhaust cleaning??
Now time for a beer

I've never even tried them! Weird how it just went but whatever, hardly a biggie.

Took the carbs off. Again. Expecting the FP kit to arrive from America, sick of taking them off, but I think I am at the start of a journey that will involve taking them off many times!
