Woo hoo! Rode the Storm for the first time in 3 months. Went a mile up the hill to the racecourse as I can coast home from there. Everything seemed OK.

Then did only 20 miles but 5 of those at a constant 6.5k. Lost a hugger fixing bolt but that's all.
I had forgotten what magnificent bikes these are...

I tend not to ride through winter these days. But that first run out in the new season is sooooooo good.

I've been having the odd ride out but not on the Storm. This is the first ride since doing the CCTs (stopper mod) plus a load of other minor fettling. So, to have only one thing fall off is a major result.Dendrob wrote:

Fitted crash bungs that happen to be in the right place to be highway pegs. Yes old age is setting in. Sigh.
But to make up for it just fitted 15/43 sprockets. Should be wheelie fun.
