929, 954, rry, rr1, fit, but with their yokes as they're larger diameter than standard Storm forks.
Not sure about other models, someone on here will know.
If you fit the above though, you'll either need to shave the fairings or fit after market clip-ons with different sweep angles etc.
Alan's your man for that, think he has Spondon clip-ons on his blade front end.
BTW
Found this guide to changing Fork Oil on Blade website ...
Changing Fork Oil - Click it!!!!
Added to the Suspension tuning thread in workshop too.
hmmm may have an issue

Mozza,
Sounds very much like the front end is sitting too high
Either too much oil (TBH you'd probably notice the forks going solid before you noticed it pushing wide)
Spring/ spacer length too long
Its not uncommon for replacement springs to be longer than stock which means you need to cut down the stock spacers to get the right combined length (will check and find out)
BLATENT HIJACK ALERT
I have a Blade front end for sale (1995 I believe)
Forks, spacers, one off carbon mudguard, spondon clip-ons and yolks

More down and dirty
I've had bugger all time to work on it what with baby, nipper and work
Evie (EV - Exxon Valdize) keeps taunting me by developing more niggles as I sort out the current ones
Latest bug is the gearbox output shaft (gear lever) has had a clout when a chain has broken
Its gouged throught the housing and knocked a flat on it. Consequently the oil seal is squeezed out of round and is leaking
Hoping to be able to sort it without having to split the cases
Other than that I'm saving money hand over fist by not riding it
However, I'm then spending that on ebay (there's SOOO much more stuff available than for the VTR)
She'll be great when she's done though and I pushed the seller into giving me £300 back so combined with fixing the bent Sato rearsets for £0 (£220 worth!) I'm not unhappy with the deal
Just peed off to be missing the decent weather

Graeme, it's all explained in the Haynes workshop manualRedStormV wrote:'scuse my ignorance Chris but ...
WTF?![]()
Not heard about that before - bugger!![]()
What's it all about then

Basically the left leg is floating on the axle, it's only fixed once you tighten the two allen headed bolts (at the bottom of the fork leg) that clamp the fork leg to the axle

HTH,
Chris.
I found that the 98 blade RRW forks work really well
P.S They are still attached to a 98 RRW frame and tank and swing arm etc........
Sorry couldn't resist.
