Welcome to my elitist club mate :thumbup: I got away with it last year too. I was 10 miles from home when It went
TAKKA TAKKA TAKKA when I throttled off. I kept the revs constant and turned around and headed for home. Managed to nurse her home and all was A ok. No bent valves, no hitting pistons. Fitted Tray's 1st ever CCT and she has ran without a problem for a year now.

Well it's all done. Pick it up after the weekend. £276 in the end, which is about £275 more than I have to spare right now. Ah well, who wants to eat anyway.

Just means the filter and dyno run have gone back a few months...
