i played around with the fork position in the yoke a bit with , my own r1 front end , im happy with where its set now , ill measure where it ended up if any use to ya :thumbup:

I need to pull my finger out, I have fitted most of the electrics just need to make an exhaust and find a smaller battery.

You can't rush these things :oops:

I intend to fit the battery in the same place a standard R1. I have to fit a smaller since the conversion eats into the standard space.

I had the same problem with a little 250 cafe racer a while ago; I fitted two tiny ones in parallel to give me enough current.

Several years ago I used two six-volt batts in series when I did a 12 volt conversion on a six volt bike.
