Wicky I will bring the clutch, oil, tools and paddock stands down Friday evening if that's okay.
Don't forget the clutch side gasket.

No, it's just an O ring and it's almost certainly reusable; if not gasket silicon works just fine.
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

May well be interested in attending. However, I am after valve clearances, carb balance & headstock bearings. With valve clearances the bike needs to be cold & travelling from South Wales means I would need to arrive the day before. What's the accomodation situation the the area??

Would somebody be bringing a box of Hot shims to swap mine out??

That's a big ask for a workshop day, remembering that the basic idea is that you do the work yourself, with guidance and support, plus any special tools needed.
I'd be hard pushed to get that lot done in one day if I was doing it all myself andonly had the one bike to work on....
Especially as we are after getting off for a ride-out afterwards, half-four or five-ish sounds about right.

But yes, I will bring enough shims.

That's an easy one, 20 mins with a soldering iron, but bring a few lengths of heatshrink tubing sleeves about 100 mm long.

I will be more than happy to help with anything brake related, I have several braided lines I can bring and am happy to part with for nada.
I also have a proper caliper piston removal kit, so caliper rebuilds no problem.
Also have small selection of new pads too.
If there's anything specific people want done, get in touch so I can bring the exact parts required.
Bazza what's with your bro's brakes?

There is nothing wrong with them(but I bet honda dealer has never serviced them) he wants to learn how to service them so he can make it part of his routine maintenance schedule now he does not send it to honda for serviceing(out of warranty).

is there anything bulky that you need depositing at wicky's, I am happy to take a diversion and drive up to yours to pick it up?
