Used to run my DKW ped on 80% Methanol. It never batted an eyelid, used to get 50 out of it but that was scary as the brakes were sh1t.lloydiecbr wrote:good old 2strokes many a weekends pulling the pistons and getting re-bores .
put a hole in a piston once when running glow fuel 34% nitro , it was great till it went pop
