as i said before, their customer service was first class with me, but then i did go and see them face to face, 2 weeks later i had a fully refurbed shock with new c-spanner totally free covered under warrenty....

I know what you are going through..... my go to guy really dropped the ball for me this time...
I took two months for my shock to be returned...... well it is supposed to be here today.....

Well after countless emails and phone calls
Am to say the least will not be dealing with them after my shock has been returned
