It certainly puts things in perspective when you do the sums. Is the insurance more for the gixxer.

storm was 330 for the year i think with quoted millage etc and the gixxer was 440 iirc so still offers a big saving

i expected a lot worse as the magazines say a tank range of 130 miles etc, i regularly fill up at 170 miles with still over a litre left so they must have been giving figures for very fast riding, im not hanging about either on the commute its mad on the 61 recently every man and his dog seems to be sitting near 85 so you find your self too sitting at 85 for 20 miles
