They seem ok; at least they're not anodised red.....
It's not falling off, it's an upgrade opportunity.

and i think i might of said it wrong
the top nut is what i ment
heard they are glued,another lock nut or roll pin
but can`t see on these

Probably glued, as that's easiest and cheapest, but you can always drill and pin once you get them.
