Finally got it fitted after flatting with wet & dry then mopped with cutting compound and polished.
Looks very different.

Thanks for the compliments.
The colour match is as close as can be without allowing for fading of the original paint, in the workshop the fluorescent lights make the new paint seem a touch darker but in the sun I can't see any difference.
The heat proof foil is off ebay, a 1000mm by 500mm sheet fits with a little spare. It's self adhesive and is only a mm or so thick so it's fairly easy to fit.

Ebay item 181553647952 is the same stuff. The guy I bought mine from must've been a one off, he has no listing at the moment.

It's a bellypan from Norfolk moldings and it comes with brackets.

I do it for a living and have access to the right gear.
You need an air assisted mask for two pack paints. You'll get away with a cartridge filter mask out doors only.
