I replaced my front discs on my GSXR at 110,000 kms and they were well under min thickness.

Yellafella, mine are exactly the same after fitting Ferodo sintered pads - apparently theharder compound exposes slight irregularities in the disc - add braided hoses and you feel the pulsing through the lever etc. Busters are doing replacement discs for £99.99 each, but I can always think of something better to spend £200 on. Like petrol!
