I used to take
a) my enduro tool roll as each big item had at least 2 uses, so that gave me pliers, Allen keys, sockets up to 13mm (10mm spanner acted as the ratchet), spanners up to 17mm, screwdriver bits etc. ... the Honda tool kit can undo the spindle nut if you stamp on it.
b) cable ties
c) some spare nuts and bolts
d) spare clutch lever
e) puncture repair kit
it is also worth using your travel toolkit to work on the bike, so s) you don't over tighten any spindles compared to the tools you have to undo them, and b) so you find out what is missing or redundant.
