Im hoping to do a complete strip down this summer whilst the weathers nice and i can use the storm for all my riding needs (except distances over 100miles)
MOT's in May, and i should get my Afghan pay thru by then.
I had to leave it outside for nearly 3 months when i went to afghanistan, (storm got garage priority), she was under a pretty heavy duty cover, but still, unwrapped her, key in, ignition on, pumped the throttle a few times to get some fuel into the carbs, kill switch on, turned the engine over a couple of times to make sure it would still turn, choke on and with one press of the start button she fired into that beautiful twin rumble.
I was amazed!
Think i'll keep her forever.
