seat not seating right.

I spernt about two hours tapping and bending the locating lugs to get them to fit properly until I was satisfied the seat fitted correctly and was easy to fit and remove and that the seat cowl sat level and parallel on both sides. Well pleased with the result now, but Mr M. Mouse must have worked for Hondas design dept at some stage!!!! :roll:

Have to say Patty that your pic looks dreadful (Sorry!!!). Really need to do some remedial work there. I often found I got it much better then just tipped it over the edge and got the seat jammed or something. Very touchy fitting. Now though it fit fine and all is well with the world.
Was yours a good fit before the (eBay won I assume) seat was fitted etc?

as for my seat the honda one sat the same aswell, and ive tried bending and hitting different brackets aswell!!!!!
