Right turn away now if a bit squeamish...you have been warned...
Right follow up today on the wrist at Kings, had a chat with the consultant, blah blah blah all ok not in pain ect, go & have an X-ray come back & see me. X-rays look good, the wire is doing the job of holding wrist in place.
The long hook is the wire put in last visit.
Now go & have that cast removed to check the wound...
Ready for this...?
you sure... ?

See how I entertain you Guys...
I'm going back in 5 weeks time to have cast removed & the wire ''wiggled'' out...eek!
I think I'm going to video it rather than just pic's so you can hear the sound as well ...
I promise to swear as politely as poss, honest ...
After that it's over to the physio gang to get the wrist working, have been warned of poss loss of movement, which he demonstrated on the left wrist & TBH I would consider it acceptable considering the damage done...Throttle is go Chaps, fingers crossed.
The down side is the possibility of constant pain, which will only become apparent in time. If it is too bad...Op no.4 to fuse the wrist...i.e. No pain but also no movement...
Enjoy the pic's & look forward to the vid coming to a screen in front of you soon...get the popcorn in...

Making up since 2007, sometimes it's true...Honest...
