After almost being shot into the black of a transit decided to take a look.
I know there has been lots of experiments with the problem all I did was polished the push rod as it was quite ruff and grimy weather or not this has helped 500 miles in it hasn't done it as yet!!! But do pull away with caution probably hasn't curd it but seems to of helped.
Was thinking about sum sort of gator on push Rod to keep grim off maybe
Has any one tried?

Little parts update .
It's a good job I haven't sent the swing arm off yet to be welded as I've just got a set of 07 blade wheels for it
Image
These wheels arm much lighter than standard wheels and they have hollow hubs and spokes .
The rear is a 6" rim and will take a little work to the swing arm to make fit .
Just waiting for a spindle and sprocket carrier now as I will need new spacers making to keep it all in line .
So that nice front end I was putting in kermit is going on the pig now Image

The 07 blade rear wheel is now in the swing arm and alined up :-) need to get the template for the frame bracing done now so I can send the frame and swim arm to the welders together .

 if I can have your mum :-) .

I have done a little u turn with piggy in regards to the build it's no longer going to be left over parts from kermit .
As you might of guest by now .
It's having all the trick bits fitted
954 forks ,ohlins rear shock , braced frame and swing arm , 2007 blade wheels and radial brakes ,
Roger tuned heads with 1mm over size in let valves and yoshi inlet cams ,
Hi comp pistons, lightened flywheel,
Gutted air box lower and k&n with no lid , mori stacks , mori headers , mori rear sets ,
Ignition advancer +4'
But it's still going to look like a rat racer regarding the cosmetic finish .
Unless I get my hands on some carbon body work :-)
I now hope to have it together with a dummy engine by winter as it's going to take me a while to save up to get the engine built .
So are you sure you want kermit and not piggy Jamio ?

No point in putting a VFR tank on a track bike. You want smaller not more. Unless you thinking of that for Kemit.
