OK. Gone for the Dremel 4000 plus some cheap bits and a chuck. I'll let you know how I get on.

Thanks for all the feedback.

i cut my touring screen off by 6" on thursday. the little pin you push in to lock the chuck jammed and it basically threw its can chain tensioner and fecking blew up  It was a cheapish copy bought at B & Q . i will buy a Dremel next. trimming screens, fairings and de-burring they are great.

I've had my dremel for at least ten years and it's been as good as gold as far as the abuse I have given it.
I'd have another if this one finally goes pop

If anyone wants the flexible shaft tool from my 3000 Dremel I recently bought a 4000, having burnt out the 3000, so I have a spare.

I thought the twin port fakeaprovics sounded good mate. you really need a pair on oem late model rear indicators tho, to match the front, those rears you have are pants, and can't be seen properly behind the givi rack, oh and why wasn't the rack on the bike in spain?

ah the rack...........well it was an interesting time trying to fit it before Spain and gave up as it wouldn't fit full stop..........had another go over the weekend and realised the hanger brackets that fit to the rear subframe had been removed at some point and put back on the wrong bloody sides!!!! I've now probably dremelled enough plastic off the undertray to make a set of new bloody rear indicators!!!
