Well you certainly not safe with the cleaning rags, a good job you never got your hands on the spanners

Nice work Rob, that didn't take you very long  Good luck with getting the Moriwaki lump in, I hope it all goes well. No rushing it and forgetting something important no matter how eager you are to get out on the road  :)

Chris.

thought i'd pop over to see carlos in west London. I even thought it would be a decent idea to try out my full givi luggage. what a mistake
bloody athletics marathon in London ffs, not too bad going, as I stayed north of the river, and went thru the west end. quiet enough on sunday morning.
but feck me I made the mistake of going south on my return to the east end, so many road closures. including tower bridge, which then saw thousands of vehicles forced towards the rotherhithe tunnel. utter chaos, that's when I started to regret putting the panniers on grrrrr.
single lane traffic was more or less at a standstill through the tunnel. which took 25mins to get through.
took in excess of an hour to get home. makes you laugh that the mayor of London site poor air quality in London. but then allows these events which cause traffic chaos which adds to the pollution. just another example that the mayor of London isn't serious about congestion.
rant over
on another note, having recently changed my gearing, 1 down 2 up, it getting difficult keeping my front wheel down in first gear....

Yeah but these events are normaly very well sign posted weeks prior to the event...so sensible people take heed & don't use those routes on the said days...yeah there will be those that dont see them & there will be those that see them & don't think it will be an issue...you can't legislate for stupid.

Headed up to Fabios this evening and we stuck the Ohlins in. Also put 4.5mm spacing at the top of the shock. Yet to be tested

Did someone mention "Man Cave"?

This is the fruits of a few months quiet labour, under the back of my house. A real man cave, and now populated by my three toys that were previously wedged in around the cars in my garage. No beer fridge yet, but I do have great lighting, wi-fi and a banging stereo!

That is an epic man cave. It has made me feel less of a man

a couple of days ago I found some metal mesh in my shed, iirc it was given to me from seb several years ago.
so off came the fairings and on went the mesh. more than happy with the results.
