Fitted another rear velocity stack to front cylinder, added filter to the lid, I was going to check my needles but it was too dark in my shed

she`ll flow now!
It`s all about tuning; I have been running this set-up for a few years now and, while it took time to get it sorted, it runs perfectly well now (no burbles or flat sports anywhere and it pulls like a banshee regardless of rpm).
Thats a standard fitment for smaller Honda's, the small plate has spline cutouts out of alignment with the splines when bolted onto the sprocket, so it can't come off.MacV2 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 11, 2019 8:53 pm Custard got a new indi bulb, kicked the tyres & checked the oil...
Later in the day did a C&S swop on Numpty Kirons CB125...
New chain had a split link not rivets. The old one possibly the origonal was hanging off the sprocket it was so worn.

Strange fixing on the front sprocket, two small bolts holding a plate to the sprocket which sits in a groove in the spline, still has loads of play in it when on...
I am sure it would be good but as I had running issues anyway, I thought that getting the bike running right without spending a fortune on dyno time was my best option. (I an up to my neck in house renovations so get very little time for fun stuff) I wanted to get the bike right for Cadwell Pk in Sept!
