Just grass them up to the Immigration bods Marty... You might get woken up by the early morning raid but it should sort the issue...

i believe the house is split into 3 maybe 4 bedrooms, and rented out by the room, i'm only interested in the person that rents that particular room, i could contact the landlord, but if the occupent is a good tennant and pays there rent on time, i doubt the landlord will be interested, what really ferks me off, is the guy hangs out the window so his room doesn't stink of the stuff, but the upstairs of my nans house does, i think i'm going to have to have a quiet word in his shell like......

my charming employer has told us we are going on winter hours at the end of october.
i,m on 4 nine hour days at the moment , monday to saturday, one saturday every 6 weeks. they want to put us on 5 seven and a half hour days with the same saturdays.
whats the big problem you may ask??
well they also have a clause where they can invoke "contractual overtime" which requires us to commit to 9 days overtime in a 12 week period, this equals working 6 days aweek both sides of xmas. they have done it before but only when we were on 4 days and in the summer.
we know what our roster patterns are for the last 18months so people make plans/ organize childcare etc aroumd these dates.
just before xmas my pattern gave me a friday , saturday, sunday, monday off which i was going to use to visit my brother in sweden, no chance now. loads of the younger guys have have kids and their wives work part time, they are now stuffed.
bearing in mind we were forced onto 4 day weeks 20 odd years ago and thats what people have become used to its all a bit depressing
and thats what has annoyed me today...

Not technically today but I was stuck at her house until like 1am this morning so it counts

You know when you go see someone, and you've been there for a few hours and start to feel tired and think about heading home.. But there's no opportunity for you to do so? Yeah. I went to see a friend at 7, was thinking of leaving at around 10 and stayed until 1. Felt so rude to say I needed to leave as I had work at 9 Social awkwardness is so sh1t

I'm tired as fook, haven't eaten anything since monday evening except half of a pot noodle, forgot my lunch and wallet today... Bad mood!
