Just seen this Indian exhaust. I'm not too keen on left handed exhausts tbh.
I had a left hand exit Muzzy 4-1 on my Zzr1100c3 back in the day, when on the side stand it looked as if there was no exhaust on it. It sounded like it too at full chat.
This is the route I'm thinking/forced to go down.

that Indian exhaust looks sweet, if you can get the rear header out as neat at=s that you will be on a winner.
and with the carb and filers making a big statement on the other side it will balance the look well

My advise would be to give this exhaust route a real good thinking about before ploughing on ahead, especially seeing as it looks like you could be modifying the frame to accommodate it. This will save you less hassle later on in the build.
The exhaust stubs have turned out really well

well done,
Chris.

This is were I'm going to cut guys, it was always the plan to remove these as well as the remains of the upper cradle sections.
The plan was to remove them later though, not now.
I'm still playing with the idea of a removable rear subframe, so I'm hoping to use the existing frame as a guide so it's all straight.
Like you said AMcQ, I too think it'll balance it up

Yes I can see what you mean, too much straight pipe with few bends/elbows once you leave the first part of the front pipework. In my personal opinion the first semi circle from the front cylinderhead is too tight of a radius which makes it look odd, also probably not helped by the exhaust outlet from the front head is further away from the side your pipework is going, unlike the rear cylinder. Of course the side rad will need taking into consideration I presume, otherwise I would say a bigger semi circle to start with, with it exiting higher up, me thinking the rad may mean you can't go higher up

What you have done for the rear cylinder looks a lot better than where you are with the front pipework atm, which is I think what you are saying (hopefully

). I'm not sure if that is any help

hopefully it is,
The question is are you going for the extra work/expense as a pipe bender
I'll give you 10/10 for enthusiasm though
Chris.

Thanks for your input Chris
Radiator wise I was hoping to go single across the front. I've got two to play with, a SV1000n & a right hand Vtr.
Looks as if pie bends are the answer if I can't find suitable long bends.
This thing is faffin out of control big time
