Yep, been there.....
I just wanted to pop a new clutch in my Guzzi 1000 and three years later it's still in lots of tiny pieces....
Though I'm sure you'll have this all back together and running by Monday morning!

Took it to a garage to get the gearbox sprocket out. The impact gun didn't touch it, just rounded the bolt off.

Well yesterday ! I don’t care as it’s been a very long time since I did anything on a bike

.
Yesterday I collected my bike and stripped all the body work off it .drained the tank and carbs and started to put a list together of what bits I need to change .
Found some very interesting/suspect mods/bodges that need rectifying and a lot of anodised tat .
Then I put it away for later this year .

My newish PR4 rear tyre had a slow puncture and found a lost-head nail in it, luckily not too near the sidewall so wheel out, took it to the local tyre place and they put a mushroom in it for £20, put it back together and it seems to be holding after a quick blast around the locality,

Very ‘Italian Job’ Chris! “You’re only supposed to blow the bloody tyre up!”

Luckily it’s my own gaff so the Doris can’t moan. It will be fine with a bit of bleach and a jet wash. ( the back passage not Doris) Oh that sounds even worse
Waits for Lloyd’s comment........
