They have more floods in Devon/Cornwall that rain is now heading your way to turn into slushy ice with the Siberian winds. Ride safe up there guys. The next week or so is not going to be good. It very cold and windy in London, I got woke up at 4.30 by the cold.

Isn't it nice that these days the car manufacturers put a nice little light on the dashboard to let us know that it is snowing.

It's a very handy warning to have when you can't see bugger all out the windscreen due to all the snow...

Sorry to here that the ride has been called off chaps. All that build up & rising excitement dashed by the dastardly weather, the next time some one mentions Global Warming you have permission to punch them... Obviously that mention doesn't count BTW.

Volvo can be a handfull in the snow as it gets traction and speed, then when you need to slow down and get it turned it reminds you that it weighs a tonne and try's to go straight on. You need to do everything under power of it ploughs on. Was scary in the last snow when the back tyres had more tred than the front, much better now with new fronts !

I thought I was bad at 36. Then I met Al (58), Benny (62) and Tony(48) .

I'm 40 now and it's not getting any better. Motorcycles still turn me into a naughty kid.
