Legs stiff. Shoulders and neck muscles hurt. Still got a bit of a head ache from nutting the Edwena tarmac

Post track day inspection

Oil, only dropped to half on the inspection window

Petrol 28l

15mph Low side damage

R&G bar end slider.. Although it took the brunt it was till there when I picked the bike up, but it must have twisted as it slid and then carried on unscrewing as it was missing when I came back in at the end of the session.

Titax lever, slight scuffs but not bent

Carbon clutch cover protector.... Slight scuffs but it did it's job
Image

Std end can and rear set peg got a mild scuffing, but rear sets are still straight
Image

Very slight scuff on the fairing wing
Image

Front right Indicator was scuffed on the bottom and the lens popped out. It was also sitting bent up and back. Took it apart and reassembled and it is good as new unless you look from underneath and see the scuffs
Image

Jacket scuffed on shoulder and elbow, trousers and gloves almost unmarked and boots and helmet untouched

So it will cost me £25 for a new set of barends, and I will replace the indicator when I get a nice clean one from CK.

Could be much worse, and it will teach me not to be so cocky and think I have endless grip..and not try and tighten my line when banked right over and getting on the gas on a corner exit. More gas, or tighten the line, not both :(

You did well to walk away with so little damage to your leathers and the bike

Must check all the levels on mine too. But I'll do that when I fix that poxy fuel pump plug

They were all going well, but we should have planned a drag race by getting side by side out of devils elbow and seeing how they all went down the straight into Gerrards.

I think the only bikes out in our group at our speed was the silver ape touno, the yellow Ducati and the big guy on the R1 , the firestorms gave a few people a surprise... Especially round the outside of Gerard's

Fair enough. All I was was a white tail. You must have seen more of it than me  but he was a bit of a butt and a show off. Hate to think what damage he did when he crashed as he only did 1 other session with us and that was around 2 after he crashed then he dissapeared

What was it on when you started?

Is this just a Storm thing?

I must admit it's something I never check on mine. Changed oil before 1st track day, done 3 this year and not needed to top it up. I checked it before and after Wales meet.

I filled it to the top of the glass as it tends to use a little when pinning it a lot .
I think it's a strom thing

same here, and I was taking into over rev quite a few places rather than change up just before both the hairpin and gerrards, so I was expecting worse.
