Ahhh. Bugger. I got pulled over 3 weeks ago (52 in 40, not proud). They recommended a speed awareness cse but I haven't had anything from them yet. I did suggest, as we wrapped up our pleasant chit chat (a bike safe guy & a Police Support Officer) that I won't mind if they happened to drop ticket in the puddle near the car! Anything over that limit then there is no choice and it's a ticket/points or court. If it's overly excessive excessive there wont even be a ticket, just straight to the courts to decide what to do.
